Over my three years at AMD, I updated all pieces of written and visual marketing collateral to help the company’s presence appeal to a younger demographic.

MAKEOVER

Aside from the Logo, every part of AMD’s marketing literature was updated while I was there. This includes flyers, photos, the website, and even the booth display that the team traveled with to conferences.

Facebook group and social media management

With social media, you want to hang out where your customers hang out. For AMD, that was Facebook and Instagram. I managed several different online communities leading to an increased conversion rate.

At AMD, we sold to consumers as well as practitioner-led businesses. The way we spoke to each of these markets was extremely different, and I brought this targeted approach to the written marketing copy.

WEB COURSE
DESIGN

To train our practitioner clientele, I developed a video training series available only to confirmed customers. Increasing practitioner confidence in our product helped promote additional sales.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
& VIDEOGRAPHY

A brand makeover wouldn’t be complete without new, stunning imagery. I coordinated several different photo and video shoots to update the imagery that AMD had available for our marketing efforts. We even took new team headshots!

EMAIL MARKETING

We sent monthly newsletters and implemented several different automated email sequences into our customer journey, including collecting surveys and reviews as well as lead nurture sequences.

I helped drive engagement with our community. Our active participants created an enriching atmosphere where people could learn about our product from people that had been in their shoes. We converted one out of every three people that joined our FB group, an extremely impressive number for a luxury item.
